Jean-Marie Putz

A remarkably fresh nose, with beautiful notes of cut grass, mint and green fruits. Very nice complexity. Encouraging nose.
The first mouth is rather dry, but soon the fresh and acid notes appear, developing quickly on a light and very pleasant nutty bitterness. A large palette of tastes enhance the pleasure until the summit is reached: alternately cashew nut notes and touches of green apple.
The finish prolongs perfectly the mouth and the cashew nut notes get more and more present.
Excellent bottle.
