Quite an unusual nose consisting in a mix of gentian and honey. Some smoky notes in addition to yellow fruit hints. Very interesting nose for its complexity and originality.
The mouth is rather complex too, with this nice contrast between citrus acidity and yellow fruits smoothness. But i expected more from this bottle, ater the intriguing nose.
Rather long finish, on acid notes.

The nose is strong, rather complex, but missing a kind of refinement and reveals smoky and woody notes.
In the palate, a woody impression and the alcohol seems to be stronger than it is really. Behind the wood, some prune hints seem to appear.
A lingering finis, very pleasant.

The nose detects a whisky with lots of character. The malt and the smoke are rather present. The palate reveals a strong and very pleasant smoke influence, on a malty background. The very interesting finish is still dominated by a complex smoky character. A great success for those who like smoky whisky.
