The first nose is distinctly peaty with quite warm farm hints. Peat a well integrated, but isolated. Besides the pleasant odor of peatthis whisky does not seem to offer other scents.
A first impression in the mouth of pleasantly peaty, with a hint of smoke and a touch of chocolate. The mouth is free from defects but no originality of its kind. A typical nose of a good peaty whisky.
