Jean-Marie Putz

Very nice floral nose, deliciously fresh with this mix of green apples and some hints of wax and a touch of bitterness. Nice complexity announced.
The very first mouth shows a beautiful contrast between nutty and citrus notes, going constantly from the one to the other and back before ending on a fruity culmination. Between apple and banana with a clear smoky impression.
Lingering finish prolonging the pleasant memory of this bitterness which was so pleasant in the palate.
